SAMFERDI ("the Service") is operated by A PLACE TO RETURN TO LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.
SAMFERDI aggregates publicly available federal contract opportunity data from SAM.gov, lets you browse and filter it, and — on the Pro plan — scores opportunities against your company profile using artificial intelligence, sends digest emails, and generates draft responses (such as Sources Sought and RFI capability statements) that you can review, edit, and send.
SAMFERDI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to SAM.gov, the U.S. General Services Administration, or any government agency. Opportunity data is provided as-is from public sources and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Always verify details on SAM.gov before acting.
You sign in with a magic link sent to your email address. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your company profile and for anything done through your account. One account represents one company.
The Pro plan is a monthly subscription billed through Stripe at the price shown at checkout. It renews automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal (Profile → Manage billing); cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep Pro access until then. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change pricing with notice; changes apply from your next billing period.
Match scores, fit summaries, and drafted responses are generated by artificial intelligence. They can be wrong. You are solely responsible for reviewing, correcting, and approving any draft before sending it. A drafted response is sent only when you explicitly approve it. We make no promise that using the Service will result in contract awards, set-aside decisions, or any other outcome.
When you approve a response, we email it to the recipient you designated, on your behalf and at your direction, with your email in copy and replies directed to you. You are responsible for the content of what you send and for ensuring it is accurate and appropriate. We apply daily limits on drafting and sending to prevent abuse and protect deliverability.
Don't misuse the Service: no misrepresenting your company or certifications, no sending spam or unlawful content, no attempting to breach or overload the Service, no scraping or reselling the Service's output as your own product. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost contract opportunities.
You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate the Service or your account for violation of these terms, with a refund of any prepaid unused period if the termination is not for cause.
We may update these terms. If a change is material we'll notify you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
